1) Independent air duct design
Independent air duct design effectivelyprevents dust from entering the inverterand causing short circuit and other faultsthereby improving reliability;
The use of large air volume and long lifecooling fan effectively reduces the interna!temperature rise of theinverter andensures reliable and stable operation of theinverter.
2) Complete protection system
The whole series has STO protection,output short circuit protection to groundovercurrent protection, driver overloadprotection,motor overload protection.driverovertemperature protection,optionaPT100/PT1000/KTY84 motorovertemperature protection,etc

5) Thermal design simulation experiment
The accurate thermal simulation platform software is used toensure the reliability of thermal simulation. The VFD510 seriesinverters have all undergone thermal simulation tests. Only withinthe thermal simulation safety design requirements, physicaprototypes are developed.After actual testing,the thermasimulation results are very close to the physical test results. Underextreme test conditions, thermal simulation can replace actual loadsimulation, adding an extra layer of scientific thermal testing.
6) Strict temperature rise test
The whole Drive temperature rise test adopts the most stringentcycle overload test to ensure long-term reliable operation underextremeload conditions.
Cyclic overload test: At an ambient temperature of 50°, run at 1.5times the overload current for 1 minute, then run at the ratedcurrent for 4 minutes, and then run at 1.5 times the rated current for1 minute. This continuous cycle runs for 5 minutes per cycle untithe system reaches a thermal equilibrium state and the whole Driveis within the thermal design safety range.
7) Full-cycle testing
During product development, the whole PCB boardwill be systematicallytested.After assembly, thewhole machine will be tested and the EMCenvironment wil be tested.After passing thequalityinspection,a12-hour, 50°C high-temperature aging test will be performed to ensurethe delivery quality of the entire series of products.
